Dubai gets another e-scooter service
Dubai is getting on the e-scooter ride in a big way with one more provider joining the fray.
KIWIride, named after the bird as per the team behind it, will launch in Dubai this February with over 600 e-scooters.
According to a statement, these e-scooters have been designed for the hotter climes of the region, have a single-charge capacity of 45 km, and will be available for riders above the age of 14 only.
The KIWIride app will be available on both Google Play and the App Store.
KIWIride joins California-based firm Qwikly, which launched its scooter rental scheme in Dubai and Abu Dhabi late last year, and Skoot Mobility, which currently operates in Dubai International Financial Centre.
